Testimonials

Thank you so much for helping me purchase a new home.  I wanted to take advantage of the home buyer tax credit and you and your staff worked really hard to help me buy a home and make certain that the sale was completed well-before the deadline for the tax credit!  It was a lot of work and there were many details, but you and your staff were always patient and responsive to my questions and concerns.  I will definitely recommend you to others who are in the market.

Best regards,

Hi Christian,

Marcy and I wish to extend our thanks and appreciation to you for the awesome job you did to expedite our loan package.

Everyone we talk to are amazed that we were able to close on our new home less than nine business days after the owner accepted our offer.
No one has ever heard of such service!  You helped us every step of the way and provided timely updates.  The entire transaction was truly hassle-free.  That was very important to us as our professional lives keep us extremely busy too.  We also acknowledge that you set us up with a very competitive loan rate so we could afford our new home.

Best regards,

Art & Marcy Gajewski

Hi Christian,

I just wanted to THANK YOU! I've paid everything off and don't have a house payment until Sept. 1st. I love that.
I feel much better. We now have some breathing room. You made the process pretty painless also. I think the first
time we bought a house they needed everything including our underwear size. Thanks for that.

I will definitely keep you in mind for anybody I know buying or refinancing. I received your business cards and will
definitely pass them along.

Thanks so much.

Take Care,

Leona Wagner

I was 23 years old when I bought my first home. I was not very educated on the mortgage and loan process. I went with the first mortgage broker that offered me a loan on my house. He put me in a high interest rate adjustable mortgage. I was told that I had to have a " Stated Income" style loan.  I was paying over $1200 a month for my payment! Mind you that my loan was $125,000. After about 6 months of paying this ridiculous amount, I spoke with Christian Draheim about re-financing my loan. He told me that I didn't have to have a stated income loan and he was able to put me in a 30 year loan at a fixed rate of 5.75. My payment went down to $766.32 to be exact. Most importantly, he honest with me and was able to explain the loan process and terminology to me with an apples and oranges technique. He was very patient and explanatory to ensure my comfort with the process. The closing process on my new loan was nothing more than 45 minutes of my time and it actually cost me less than what he originally quoted me I will buying another home soon and you can be guaranteed that I will use Christian as my mortgage broker. I have already referred him to several friends and family and they are getting the same positive results as I did!

Dear Christian:

And they said it couldn’t be done . . .

From firsthand experience, admittedly I’d be the first person to say moving is never easy.  It’s especially challenging when you’re trying to house-hunt, manage and coordinate the numerous logistics and details from over 600 miles away.  And, it’s even tougher when it’s your third move (and state) in under a year.  Yet, it can be a smooth and seamless operation if you put the right team together.

Writing a letter of complaint is very easy to do.  I know because I’m very good at it.  You’re mad, angry, or otherwise “wronged” and that’s all the incentive you need to put pen to paper.  On the other hand, however, most of us find it much easier to (conveniently) ignore or put off sending a letter or note if someone does you right.  With that said, I’m taking time out of an extremely busy schedule to formally say THANK YOU and publicly acknowledge the exemplary representation by both you and your skilled Advantage One team.

Looking back, when I first identified, committed and moved forward to begin the loan process on our new house, the clock was already against us as it was February 6th and we needed to be out of Charlotte, North Carolina and into a new home in Michigan by March 1st.  As our loan representative, you not only provided me with the most competitive and favorable financing options available, but also took on – and met – the daunting challenge of making sure we could close by February 28th . . . an unbelievable 22 days from start to finish.  Everyone I spoke to (especially competitors) said it couldn’t be done and wouldn’t happen.  In unison, they all said not only was the short closing time unrealistic, but the low interest, 100 percent financing package you put together “was too good to be true” and would never happen as alleged.  In short, I was setting myself up for the rip-off of the century.

And they said it couldn’t be done! . . . Not only did we meet our optimistic closing date, but also everything that you represented regarding our loan package and terms was just as promised.  Our closing went incredibly smooth and there were no surprises.  Well, except one.  At closing, I was surprised to get an unexpected rebate from my escrow fund of over $3,000.  Wow, talk about icing on the cake!

Again, I just wanted to publicly and formally express my thanks to you for the impressive performance and service rendered on our behalf.  Despite the fact they said it couldn’t be done, we’ve now got our dream house and the keys (which work) are in my pocket.

Thanks again and best regards,
